Colorado Corvette Club's Mountain Madness Car Show Sponsored by Stevinson Chevrolet
The Colorado Corvette Club's 8th Annual Mountain Madness Car Show took place this weekend in Grand Lake, Colorado! We were thrilled to be sponsoring and attending, and now we're sharing with you a glimpse into the event...
If you're not familiar already, the Colorado Corvette Club, as stated on their website, "is a diverse group of people from all around the metro area, from Thornton to Franktown and Aurora to Silverthorne. We share a common bond in our love and appreciation of 'America's Sports Car' the Corvette. CCC and all members are a part of the Western States Corvette Council."
Total Corvettes: 94
We brought our new yellow 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport Coupe to show off at the entrance, and it sure did draw a crowd. Click here to check out the details of this showstopper on our website.
The Mountain Madness Car Show started in 2009 and the 8th annual show may have had the best turnout yet! Paul Eckert, Jeff Galowitsh and a host of club members made this amazing gathering a reality. Brodie of the Colorado Corvette Club stated:
"We provided a wonderful event and raised almost $9,000 for the local charities in Grand Lake! All the funds raised are left right in the town at the end of the day. You can believe the people of Grand Lake appreciate the Colorado Corvette Club. The club donates a significant sum to selected charities and we spend our way into and out of town."As you can see, Brodie isn't exaggerating when he points out the surge in customers funneling into local businesses like the Blue Water Bakery at the Village Center and Grand Pizza on the Boardwalk on a day like this one.
